A leading home care provider is seeking Community Care Assistants to support clients in Worthing and surrounding areas. The role involves flexible hours and tasks including personal care, medication administration, and companionship. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a full UK driving license, and a commitment to high-quality care. Competitive pay rates from £13.40 to £20.10 per hour are offered, along with training and support opportunities.
Location: Worthing/Littlehampton/Lancing
Hours: Flexible Zero-hour or contracted hours available
Pay: £13.40ph – £20.10ph excluding holiday pay (Rates vary depending on shift pattern, day/night, weekend, and bank holiday)
