Job summary

Bluebird Care is hiring Care Assistants to support customers at home in Eastbourne and surrounding areas. This community-based role requires flexibility, with either early or late shifts and alternate weekends.

We offer hourly rates from £14.40 to £15.50, a 45p mileage allowance, guaranteed hours, full training, NVQ progression, and a £500 refer-a-friend bonus. You must have UK work authorization and a full UK driving licence with access to a car.

Qualifications

• Have authorisation to work in the UK
• Have a full UK driving licence and ownership of a car, as this is a community based role.

Responsibilities

• Promoting customer independence and wellbeing during home visits.
• Support customers with personal care, daily tasks and medication management.
• Assist with light domestic duties such as cleaning and meal preparation.

It is essential that all of our Care Assistants:
