Job summary

Your Care Jobs Ltd seeks enthusiastic care workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care in clients' own homes across Crawley. You will support clients to live safely and independently, delivering personal care, medication support, meals, and companionship.

Roles involve dementia and palliative care, working with a care team and health professionals to ensure consistent, compassionate service. Full training is provided and sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, toileting and grooming
  • Support clients with medication administration as per care plans
  • Prepare meals and support dietary requirements
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and use of mobility aids
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Carry out light household tasks to maintain a safe, clean environment
  • Follow individual care plans and report any changes or concerns
  • Deliver specialist care for clients with dementia or those in hospice care
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and the wider care team

Job description

We are seeking enthusiastic, compassionate, committed and reliable care workers to provide high quality, person centred care to individuals in their own homes. You will play a vital role in supporting clients to live safely, comfortably and independently.

This role involves delivering personal care, medication support, meal preparation and companionship, including specialist care for individuals living with dementia or receiving end of life care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, toileting and grooming
  • Support clients with medication administration as per care plans
  • Prepare meals and support dietary requirements
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and use of mobility aids
  • Provide companionship and emotional support

Working Hours
  • Mornings: 7am - 2pm
  • Evenings: 4pm - 10pm
Essential Requirements
  • Males - Full time only, must drive
  • Females - Full time & part time for drivers / Full time for non drivers
  • Full training and ongoing support provided
  • Sponsorship is not available
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable approach to care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to meet changing client needs and schedules
Desirable
  • Previous experience in domiciliary or residential care
  • Knowledge of basic caregiving principles
  • Experience supporting clients with dementia or complex needs
