Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in community settings. The role focuses on creating safe, engaging learning experiences beyond traditional classrooms.

You will deliver tailored intervention sessions, build trusted relationships, and monitor progress while reporting safeguarding concerns. A flexible, location-based role offers daytime hours, with DBS checks required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN/SEMH.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days' availability per week.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored intervention sessions.

• Complete risk assessments and maintain accurate records.
• Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and regional teams.
