Job summary

Shaw Trust, a social purpose organisation, is seeking a Supported Employment Team Leader to lead, coach and develop a team of Employment Specialists delivering person-centred support to people facing barriers to employment across community, health and employer settings.

You will drive performance and quality, provide supervision and field mentoring, and embed evidence-based practice across the five stages of Supported Employment and the SEQF Quality Framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Employment Specialists that deliver exceptional service quality and excellent participant outcomes.
• Drive contract performance, quality standards and SEQF Quality Framework through effective supervision, field mentoring, coaching and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with employers, referral partners, commissioners and community stakeholders, supporting sustainable employment opportunities for participants.
• Use performance data, participant feedback, co-production and quality assurance activity to improve services and maximise outcomes.
• Lead and support quality reviews, SEQF assessments and continuous improvement activities, overseeing the implementation of improvement plans across the team.
