Job summary

Standguide Group is looking for an IPS Employment Specialist in Wirral. You will manage a caseload of up to 25 clients with health-related employment needs and deliver the IPS approach, supported by formal training. You will work closely with clients, employers and referral partners to build relationships and unlock opportunities.

The role emphasises person-centred guidance, practical support, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to secure sustainable employment for clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of up to 25 clients with health support needs who are motivated to start or return to work
• Deliver the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) approach with formal training provided
• Develop Vocational Profiles and Action Plans to help clients obtain and sustain competitive employment
