Swansea Bay University Health Board is seeking a Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join the Local Primary Mental Health Support Service based at Tonna Hospital. You will assess and treat patients with low to moderate mental health conditions, supporting independence in the community and meaningful activity engagement.

The role offers flexible contracted hours and requires travel across sites to client homes and community settings as needed. Welsh language applications are welcomed.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a valid OT degree and HCPC registration.
• Desirable BAOT membership.
• Essential collaborative and travel skills across multiple sites.

• Manage a defined caseload using client-centred practice; assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and report to the team.
• Collaborate with clients, carers and MDT to identify goals and support independent living.
