Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN/SEMH in community settings.

This role focuses on building trusting relationships, monitoring progress, and collaborating with families and regional teams to create safe, engaging learning experiences.

Candidates should have at least two years' experience, a UK driving licence, and the flexibility to commit to three days per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days' availability per week to provide consistency for our young people.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.
