Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to provide personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH or additional needs. This community-based role goes beyond traditional classrooms to create engaging, meaningful learning experiences.

You will deliver tailored sessions, build trusting relationships, monitor progress, and report safeguarding concerns while working collaboratively with families and regional teams. A driver with rights to work in the UK is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with ADHD and ASD.
• Experience of trauma-informed practice.
• Awareness of PDA.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days’ availability per week to provide consistency for our young people.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.
