Horder Healthcare in East Sussex seeks a programme lead to oversee mobilisation, planning and readiness for Community Appointment Days, coordinating clinical, operational and partner workstreams to ensure safe, patient-centred delivery.
You will drive governance, milestones and performance, design pathways with clinicians and secure venues and workforce needs, delivering a comprehensive closure report by March 2027.
Reporting to the Partnership Director and working alongside NHS, local authority, community and voluntary sector partners, you will provide operational leadership for the planning, mobilisation and readiness of the CAD programme. You will coordinate multiple workstreams to ensure each event is safe, effective, clinically governed and fully prepared for delivery.
