Band 5 Community ambulatory service clinic nurse - Hillingdon (Fixed term 6 months Part time 22.5 hours) Are you looking for a new and exciting adventure where every day is different? The community ambulatory service is looking for a community nurse to join a team that runs nurse led clinics for wounds and IV antibiotics across 3 sites in Hillingdon.   • Part time 22.5 hours, shifts are 8-4pm 3 days a week and weekend working is required- usually 1 in 4.
  • You will need to be an NMC registered nurse who has enthusiasm, energy and a passion for delivering the best nursing care possible. Community experience is not essential but you will need to demonstrate that you have an understanding and awareness of autonomous working in the community setting, with evidence of some transferable skills.
  • Regularity to shift work patterns across the 08:00hrs - 16:00hrs service working hours.
  • Creating an inclusive and supportive working environment and team dynamic who are receptive to the culture of change.
  • Working closely with the multidisciplinary team, specialist services and the wider integrated care system.
