Job summary

Citizens Advice Gateshead is seeking an experienced Advice Services Manager (Community) to build partnerships, strengthen services, and help communities access the support they need across Gateshead. You will lead stakeholder engagement and drive the Service Modernisation programme.

During your first 12 months, you will gain operational knowledge, own workstreams, and progressively take line-management of Team Leaders, ensuring delivery of integrated advice services and safeguarding standards

Qualifications

• Experience managing grant-funded services in a charity or non-profit setting.
• Experience working in an advice, guidance or similar support environment.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with stakeholders, partners and organisations across Gateshead.
• Represent the charity across Gateshead and champion programmes such as Advice First Aid.
• Lead teams and drive performance across Integrated Advice Services.
• Monitor workstreams, demonstrate results and support budget management.
• Contribute to the duty manager rota to maintain safeguarding and health and safety standards.
