A local authority in the UK is seeking a passionate Library Team Leader to oversee operations across multiple library sites in Oakham. The successful candidate will lead a motivated team, develop library services, and enhance community engagement. This role involves day-to-day management and collaboration with local organizations to deliver effective service for residents. A degree-level education and relevant experience in library or community development are required.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about libraries and the communities they serve to provide clear and positive leadership. The Library Team Leader will lead and manage Rutland library operations, personnel and 4 library sites. They will oversee the development of Rutland's library and information offer and services, including the development of innovation, ICT services and learning activities.
