Job summary

ForHousing Limited in Salford is hiring a Communities and Engagement Support Officer on a 12-month contract (36 hours per week) with a salary of £33,570 per annum. You will design, develop and deliver services and projects to improve wellbeing of customers and communities.

You’ll handle admin, analyse data, produce reports, coordinate meetings, take minutes and liaise with departments and external partners. A proactive, IT-savvy team player with experience in community engagement is required.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with a range of customers, agencies, and the community.
  • Experience gathering relevant data, producing reports, and making recommendations.
  • Excellent IT skills with experience using MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Providing general administrative support to the team, including managing inboxes, responding to queries and assigning tasks.
  • Liaising with other departments and external stakeholders regarding information sharing, performance data, and financial administration.
  • Supporting the delivery of the formal tenant engagement framework, including organising meetings, transport, taking minutes, collating reports.
  • Raising purchase orders, making payments and keeping accurate records.
  • Collecting, analysing, interpreting, and presenting data to help us understand customer feedback and measure the impact of projects and initiatives.

What you’ll be doing:
