A leading global organization seeks a Communications Officer to support their Corporate Affairs Director. This hybrid role includes diverse responsibilities such as content creation, managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering internal campaigns. Ideal candidates will possess storytelling skills and experience in internal and external communications, offering an opportunity for growth in a values-driven environment.
Our client is looking to expand their communications team by bringing in a well-rounded Communications Officer to support the Corporate Affairs Director. The role sits within Group, and spans both Internal and External Communications.
In this varied role you'll be responsible for content creation, across a range of channels, and managing stakeholder relationships both across the business and externally. As part of a full spectrum of communications duties, you will:
create and manage content across web, intranet, social et al
contribute to annual reporting
develop thought leadership opportunities
manage external agency support
devise & deliver internal communications campaigns
produce the company newsletter
deliver a range of Town Halls and supporting content
measure and report on communications effectiveness
We are looking for exceptional storytelling and content creation skills; you'll be a great writer, confident in creating short form video/audio content, a collaborative relationship builder who enjoys the autonomy and creativity this role will offer. This values-driven organisation, a leader in their field and a global operator, is the ideal place to further develop your career if you already have a strong mix of internal and external comms experience gained with a large corporate.
The role is offered on a hybrid basis, with min 2 days per week in their central London offices. A competitive salary, bonus and good pension are also offered.
