Communications Manager Consumer Tech – Italian Required

• Contract length: 11 months with potential to extend to 24 months + permanent conversion
• Location: King's Cross, 3 days per week
• Salary: £88k-£97k per year

We're seeking a talented Communications Manager to join a leading global technology brand that specializes in social media networking and VR technology, working on an exciting wearable tech initiative in EMEA.

This role is ideal for a comms professional passionate about consumer technology, new media, and the creator economy. The candidate must be fluent in Italian, familiar with the media landscape in Italy and Spain, and experienced with AI-driven or AR wearable products or Consumer Tech.

Responsibilities:

• Implement strategic communications plans for next-gen wearable products across EMEA.
• Drive storytelling for AI/AR hardware, collaborating with internal and agency partners.
• Develop messaging tailored for regional audiences, especially in Italy.
• Manage content creation across owned, earned, and social channels.
• Organize press events and prepare executive spokespeople.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, policy, and social teams.

Requirements:

• 6+ years in communications, focusing on consumer hardware.
• Deep understanding of the media landscape in Italy and Spain.
• Strong relationships with new media, creators, and social publishers.
