Are you passionate about building vibrant communities and driving engagement? We’re looking for a Community Engagement and Communications Specialist to join our dynamic Content at Scale Team!

? Rate: £35.91 per hour via PAYE OR £47.87 per hour (via Umbrella)

About the Role:

As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in nurturing our community, activating users, and driving seamless communication within the Adobe Program. You'll develop engagement strategies, lead training sessions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement community engagement strategies to foster an active and engaged user base.
2. Create compelling communication materials—newsletters, social media posts, and internal updates.
3. Lead training and support for EU markets and flex for other regions as needed.
4. Plan and execute virtual and in-person community events.
5. Collaborate with teams across Marketing, Digital, and Commercial Operations.
6. Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to optimize processes.
7. Identify and nurture community champions to amplify our reach.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends in community management and communications.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, or related field.
• Around 10+ or 15+ years of experience in the fast-moving goods or retail sectors.
• Proven experience in community engagement, communications, or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills with a knack for crafting engaging content.
• Experience with Adobe tools, social media, content management, and analytics.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• A creative mindset with a passion for community building.
