We're supporting a major confidential Group Functions Transformation Programme and are looking for an experienced Communications Lead to drive engagement across a large-scale transformation involving organisational change, operating model redesign, and cutting‑edge Agentic AI ways of working.

You'll own the communications strategy, shape compelling transformation narratives, engage senior stakeholders, and ensure key programme decisions and milestones land effectively across the business.
