Ofcom is seeking a Communications Associate to enhance internal and external communications. This role involves media relations, social media management, and internal communications. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills and the ability to engage diverse audiences. Flexible working options are available, promoting inclusivity and diversity.

The Communications team at Ofcom plays a crucial role in engaging with the public, the media, and our colleagues to enhance understanding of Ofcom’s work. The team delivers a multi-channel communications strategy that builds trust, informs stakeholders, and supports the organisation's objectives.
The purpose and scope of the role
The Communications Associate will support the delivery of high-quality external and internal communications, working across media relations, social media, and internal communications. The role will involve crafting compelling content, engaging with journalists and social media audiences, and helping to keep Ofcom’s employees informed and inspired.
