Our client, a leading company in the Rail Communications sector, is currently seeking a highly skilled Comms Technician to join their team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to an important project in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out non-intrusive surveys.
  • Installation of communication equipment (CCTV, PAVA, Access control etc.)
  • Being compliant with safety and quality standards.
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations throughout all activities.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role with significant experience working on SISS systems.
  • A valid PTS certification
  • Understanding of Birmingham New Street station (preferable)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
