Location: London or Geneva based with 3 days in either office per week

Duration: 12 months

Global commodity trading house seeks an experienced Senior Business Change Manager to join on an initial 12 month contract to lead the organizational change rollout of a Metals CTRM platform, with experience in any physical commodity being relevant.

The role:

This role can be based out of either their London or Geneva office 3 days per week with 2 days working from home.

The successful Senior Business Change Manager will ensure smooth user adoption and minimal disruption during the transition.

Responsibilities include developing and executing a change management and communication plan aligned with the project timeline, analyzing business processes, identifying resistance, and designing mitigation strategies to foster stakeholder buy-in. Building trust and clarity across user groups is essential.

The manager will coordinate with the Programme Manager to communicate updates and work with the project manager to align change milestones with delivery objectives. Engaging stakeholders at all levels and promoting readiness for go-live are key tasks.

Key skills & experience sought:

• Extensive commodity trading business change management experience, either in-house or consulting, working on-site at commodity trading companies
• Strong Physical Commodity Trading experience, ideally in Metals & Concentrates, but experience in other physical commodities (Agriculture, Oil, LNG, etc.) is also relevant
• Strong academic background including a Bachelor’s degree
