Job title: Senior Business Change Manager

Location: London or Geneva based with 3 days in either office per week

Duration: 12 months

Global commodity trading house seeks an experienced Senior Business Change Manager to join on an initial 12 month contract to lead the organizational change rollout of a Metals CTRM platform, with experience in any physical commodity considered.

The role:

This role can be based out of either their London or Geneva office, working 3 days per week onsite and 2 days remotely.

The successful candidate will ensure smooth user adoption and minimal disruption during the transition, developing and executing a comprehensive change management and communication plan aligned with the project timeline.

You will analyze business processes, identify resistance areas, and design mitigation strategies to foster stakeholder buy-in. Building trust and clarity across user groups will be crucial.

You will coordinate with the Programme Manager to communicate updates and work with the project manager to align change milestones with delivery. Engaging stakeholders at all levels and managing expectations will be key.

Key skills & experience:

• Extensive change management experience in the commodity trading sector, either in-house or with a consultancy working onsite at trading houses.
• Strong physical commodity trading experience, preferably in Metals & Concentrates, or other commodities like Agriculture, Oil, LNG.
• Strong academic background, including a Bachelor's degree.
