The Role

We’re looking for a confident and proactive Field Sales Representative to visit businesses in business parks, industrial estates, and corporate hubs, introducing our corporate wellbeing services. This is a commission-only role, with earnings directly linked to sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Visit business parks and corporate offices to introduce our services
• Close sales where possible and earn commission on each deal
• Generate leads and set up meetings for our team

Who You Are

• Confident, outgoing, and comfortable approaching businesses in person
• Previous sales or cold-calling experience preferred but not essential
• Passionate about workplace wellbeing and mental health
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Own transport is essential
