Part-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 8:00am - 5:00pm


Up to 28 hours/week


OVERVIEW:

Kickstart your sales career as a Part-time Sales Associate PT, where every interaction becomes an opportunity to shape customer relationships and drive business success. Develop new partnerships and grow existing ones by communicating the value of our inventory management solutions through a consultative sales approach. This position is based at our branch located at 170 Corporate Dr, Reading, PA 19605.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Support business-to-business (B2B) sales and customer service activities.
  2. Provide value to customers through a consultative sales approach.
  3. Develop new and expand existing relationships from leads, referrals, and prospecting.
  4. Coordinate resources to respond to customer service needs.
  5. Perform local sales calls, driving a company vehicle to customer sites.
  6. Perform other duties as needed to ensure branch success.

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Be 18 years of age or older, due to work requirements.
  2. Possess a current, valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located, and meet our driving record requirements to operate a company vehicle if needed.
  3. Possess or be working toward a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Management, or related fields, or have relevant work experience in customer service or industry.
  4. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  5. Proficient in computer skills.
  6. Strong aptitude for sales with a desire to sell.
  7. Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service-oriented.
  8. Strong math skills, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency.
  9. Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritizing abilities.
  10. Strong problem-solving, deductive reasoning, and decision-making skills.
  11. Aligned with our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork.
  12. Able to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages weighing 25-50 lbs, up to 75 lbs if necessary.
  13. Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam).
