Homey.co.uk is seeking a motivated Commission-Only Sales Growth Representative to expand our network of estate agents and mortgage brokers across the UK. You will reach out, build relationships, and convert sign-ups, earning recurring commission on successful client instructions.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred (B2B, property, recruitment, or prop-tech services experience is a bonus)
• Confident speaking to estate agents, mortgage brokers, and business owners
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with cold outreach, networking, and following up leads
• Professional and organised approach to sales activity
