Job summary

Nobu London is seeking a Commis Waiter/Waitress to join our luxury dining team. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, deliver friendly, attentive service, and contribute to an authentic Nobu guest experience.

As a team member you will support front and back of house, work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings, and enjoy staff meals, uniform provision, staff discounts across Nobu brands, plus a £500 refer a friend scheme and a generous holiday allowance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast paced restaurant environment.
• Willingness to work in a team.
• Willing and able to work weekends and evenings when required.
• Awareness of manual handling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and drinks to guests rapidly and accurately with high knowledge of menu items.
• Act as the link between back of house and front of house to maximise efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure guests receive the best possible service and care.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Ensure food/drinks are delivered to the guest rapidly and accurately with a high standard of food/drinks knowledge.
• To act as the link between the back of house and front of house to achieve the highest possible levels of efficiency and profitability.
• Ensuring that all guests receive the best possible service and care.
