Qualifications

• Prior front-of-house waiting experience in a high-end operation preferred but training can be provided.
• Excellent attention to detail and customer service.
• Impeccable spoken and written English.
• Passion for food and beverage and keeping up with latest trends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive service in a fast-paced setting at May Fair Bar.
• Support team in maintaining brand standards and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and order accuracy.

We are currently recruiting for a Commis Waiter/ Waitress for our 5 Star The May Fair Hotel and its iconic destination May Fair Bar. This role is available on a part time basis.

Overview

• An amazing opportunity to join our popular 5 Star The May Fair Hotel as a Commis Waiter/Waitress, this role is for our exclusiveMay Fair Bar.
• As a Commis Waiter/Waitress you will be working a fast-paced operation where service and standards are the forefront of the Kitchen restaurants and our brand standards.
• As a Commis Waiter/Waitress be competent with-It applications such as Open table, Adecco and Micros is able to achieve a 100% pass mark in Micro's competency tests,

About You

• Previous front of house waiting experience of working in a high-end food led operation is preferred however training can be provided.
• Demonstrates excellent, attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
• Passion for food and beverage and keeping up to date with latest food trends.
