Job summary

Rosewood Hotel Group is seeking a Commis Waiter in the United Kingdom to provide warm, genuine service and support both Front and Back of House operations. You will help prepare stations, assist with the delivery of food and beverages, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation as part of a collaborative team.

You will receive ongoing training to build knowledge of our restaurants, service standards and Food and Beverage offering, contributing to an efficient and memorable dining

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain service stations, ensuring cutlery, china, linen and other service items are clean, polished and ready for use.
• Support the smooth delivery of service by running food and beverages to the appropriate restaurant stations.
• Follow opening and closing procedures, the restaurant’s Order of Service and all Standard Operating Procedures.
• Keep Front and Back of House areas clean, organised, fully stocked and ready throughout the shift.
• Respond promptly to guest enquiries and operational issues, seeking support from a waiter, Head Waiter or manager when required.
• Participate in service briefings, training and daily checks while communicating issues promptly to the wider team.
