Benugo Savill Garden is seeking a Commis Chef to join its kitchen team. You will assist with food preparation across sections, ensuring dishes meet Benugo standards while upholding top hygiene and safety practices.

You will learn from senior chefs, develop culinary skills, and contribute to an exceptional guest experience in a leading hospitality setting.

As a Commis Chef, you will support the kitchen brigade in preparing and delivering fresh, high-quality food while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and presentation.

• Assisting with the preparation and production of food across all kitchen sections.
• Ensuring food is prepared and presented to Benugo standards.
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety practices.
• Supporting stock rotation and correct storage procedures.

• Working closely with the wider team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
