As a Pastry Commis Chef, you will support our pastry team in delivering exquisite desserts and pastries across our signature outlets. Your role involves preparation, production, and learning from experienced chefs in a five-star environment. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Assisting in daily food preparations, including weighing, measuring, and portioning ingredients.
  2. Ensuring pastry items are prepared according to recipes, maintaining quality and presentation standards.
  3. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the pastry section.
  4. Supporting cost control and sustainability by utilizing surplus ingredients.
  5. Responding to guest requests, including dietary modifications and off-menu desserts.
  6. Gaining experience across different service areas such as The Promenade, In Room Dining, and Banqueting.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about pastry, eager to learn, and committed to high standards. You will develop your skills under the guidance of our expert pastry team, with opportunities for growth and leadership in luxury hospitality.
