Job summary

Harrods in Knightsbridge is seeking a Commis Chef to join our Production Kitchens. You will work alongside our skilled chefs, preparing ingredients and supporting kitchen operations to deliver high‑quality dishes for our restaurants and Food Halls.

Reporting to the Chef de Partie, you will help ensure food safety, organise stock, and keep the section running smoothly with timely administration. A training–driven environment with excellent benefits awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in a 5-star hotel or high-end restaurant environment.
• Good time-management and a strong customer focus when dealing with internal and external parties.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Able to organise ingredients, maintain stock levels and labels, and support kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organise ingredients for production kitchen operations.
• Assist with stock rotation and labeling of food.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards across outlets.
• Complete administration for own section and meet deadlines.
