Job summary

The Kensington Hotel, part of The Doyle Collection in London, is seeking a passionate Commis Chef to support day-to-day kitchen operations. You will assist in preparing and presenting high‑quality dishes and work with Chef de Partie and senior chefs to maintain mise en place for service.

This full‑time role offers exposure to a luxury hotel culinary team, a 40-hour week, and perks including free meals on duty, dining discounts, uniform and dry cleaning, and opportunities for personal development

• Support the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes across the kitchen.
• Assist Chef de Parties and senior chefs with daily mise en place and service operations.

• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and organization.
• Follow recipes, preparation methods, and presentation standards consistently.
