Job summary

The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection invites applications for a Commis Chef to join our culinary team and help deliver exceptional dining experiences in a luxury Mayfair setting.

Working alongside Chef de Parties and senior chefs, you will assist with mise en place, ensure ingredient readiness, and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation while developing your technical cooking skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Kitchen Assistant in hospitality preferred.
• Passion for food and desire to develop cooking skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes across the kitchen.
• Assist Chef de Parties and senior chefs with daily mise en place and service operations.
• Ensure ingredients are prepared and available to support efficient kitchen operations.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and organization.
• Follow recipes, preparation methods, and presentation standards consistently.
