Premier Selection Limited is seeking a Commis Chef for a stunning multi award winning country house hotel set in acres of gardens and woodlands. Ideal for an apprentice chef or someone advancing to a nicer property, with training on fresh ingredients.

The role offers a base salary up to £26,000 depending on experience, a potential 4-day week, meals on duty and free parking. Applicants living in Ashbourne, Cheadle, Matlock, Belper, Uttoxeter or Derby area with own transport are preferred.

This is a great career move for an apprentice chef or Commis Chef looking to get into a better property.

The Head Chef is looking for somebody with previous experience of cooking with fresh ingredients He is happy to train up somebody who has a passion for cooking.

Applicants will ideally need to live in the Ashbourne, Cheadle, Matlock, Belper, Uttoxeter or Derby area with their own transport

Base Salary of upto £26,000 (depending upon experience)

Potential for a 4 day week (4 days on 3 days off)
