Job summary

Slaley Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort in Hexham is seeking aspiring cooks to start their culinary journey. You will learn on the job, assisting in all kitchen sections and performing food preparation under supervision of a Chef De Partie.

Live-in accommodation is available as part of a supportive team in a 4-star setting with a 141-bedroom property and varied dining options, plus access to leisure facilities and staff discounts.

What will I do?

You will do food preparation and basic cooking under the supervision of a Chef De Partie. Quickly learn the basics on the job whilst assisting in all sections of the kitchen operation as well as continuing to find new ways to learn and develop your skills both in and outside the kitchen.

Our hotel is a 4*, 141-bedroom property set in 1000 acres with a 36-hole championship golf course which has hosted over 20 European and PGA tournaments.
