Job summary

The Inn Collection Group in Coniston, on the shores of Coniston Water, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join its Lakeland kitchen team. With responsibility for your section, you’ll deliver high-quality dishes with presentation and attention to detail.

You’ll oversee food safety, storage and compliance with legislation, work closely with kitchen staff, front-of-house and management, and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
