Qualifications

• Starting out or early in culinary career.
• Genuine passion for food and learning how a professional kitchen operates.
• Enjoys working as part of a team and learning from experienced chefs.
• Eager to build confidence and skills in a structured, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and basic cooking across different kitchen sections
• Learn and rotate through sections such as sauce, vegetables, fish and butchery
• Follow guidance from senior chefs to develop skills, consistency and kitchen knowledge
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety at all times
• Keep your work area clean, organised and well prepared for service
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to support smooth and efficient service
• Show willingness to learn, develop and apply new skills
