Soho House is seeking a Commis Chef to support the kitchen brigade and help deliver exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests in the UK. You will work under the guidance of the senior team, prepare food before service, and ensure mise en place and plating meet our high standards.

This role offers weekly pay and extensive staff benefits, training, and opportunities to develop your culinary skills within a dynamic, member-focused Club. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• Experience in fast-paced kitchen environments.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Ability to follow recipes and HACCP practices.
• Culinary qualification a plus but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Assist chefs across kitchen sections with dish prep and plating.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of prep areas.
• Receive, store, and label deliveries; manage stock rotation.
• Support with mise en place and help with team meals.
• Take direction and work flexibly, including weekends.
