Soho House is seeking a Commis Chef to support the kitchen brigade in delivering exceptional dining experiences for members and guests. You will work under senior kitchen guidance to develop culinary skills, prepare high-quality dishes, and uphold the Club’s standards and values.

Formación

• 2+ years' experience in similar capacity.
• Strong passion for food and teamwork.
• Ability to work under supervision and take direction.

Responsabilidades

• Assist chefs across all kitchen sections in prep and production.
• Follow recipe guidelines, portion controls, and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene per HACCP and food safety procedures.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries, stock rotation, and labeling.
• Learn knife skills, basic sauces, vegetable prep, and plating.
• Ensure mise en place is ready and communicated to the team.
• Work flexibly to meet service needs, including weekends and holidays.
