Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional guest care at all times and in all service periods.
• Assist in preparing food items, ensuring dishes are prompt and meet quality standards.
• Maintain good knowledge of the menu and daily specials.
• Minimise food and energy wastage through proper control methods.
• Keep kitchen equipment in good working order and report issues.
• Set up the kitchen prior to service and ensure required equipment is available.
• Adhere to hygiene, COSHH and HACCP regulations and company policies.
• Utilise systems correctly to complete tasks in a timely manner.
