Leonardo Hotel Leeds is seeking a Commis Chef on a part-time basis. You will assist in food preparation, ensure dishes meet quality standards, and help keep the kitchen ready for service.

You will minimise waste, maintain menu knowledge, and report equipment issues. The role requires adherence to hygiene, COSHH and HACCP regulations, with opportunities for training and progression within the Leonardo Hotels network.
