Leonardo Hotel Southampton is recruiting a Commis Chef to join its busy kitchen team. You will assist in food preparation, maintain high standards, and help minimise waste while ensuring dishes meet quality and hygiene standards.

You will work closely with senior chefs, follow HACCP guidelines, and participate in ongoing training programmes, with opportunities for progression within Leonardo Hotels across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment preferred.
• Able to follow recipes and maintain quality standards.
• Knowledge of HACCP and hygiene procedures is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing food items and ensure dishes are ready on time.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu and keep kitchen equipment in good order.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and COSHH guidelines at all times.
