Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Know or be willing to learn about the kitchen areas and procedures.
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Help to support the kitchen team with the day to day running of the kitchen.
• Have a passion to deliver great, hot food to spec each and every time.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble dishes to spec for the pub menu.
• Learn and apply prep techniques, taking ownership of a kitchen section.
• Support the kitchen team in daily operations to ensure smooth service.
