Job summary

Marston’s in Stirling is looking for a Commis Chef to join our kitchen team and help bring our pub menu to life. You’ll prep, create and deliver dishes to spec, learning and growing your skills in a fast-paced environment.

We value teamwork and a passion for hot, well-presented food. You’ll have opportunities to progress along our DNA career pathway toward Sous Chef, with structured training and supportive colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP
• Know or be willing to learn about the kitchen areas and procedures
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment
• Help to support the kitchen team with the day to day running of the kitchen
• Have a passion to deliver great, hot food to spec each and every time
