Marston’s is looking for a Commis Chef to join our team in Scotland. You’ll prep, create and bring our pub menu to life, learning new prepping skills and owning a section of the kitchen.

As a Commis Chef you’ll grow your career and develop skills you can take home, with a clear internal pathway that could lead to Sous Chef. We offer a friendly, lively atmosphere, flexible hours and benefits that support you both at work and at home.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Know or be willing to learn about the kitchen areas and procedures.
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Help to support the kitchen team with the day to day running of the kitchen.
• Have a passion to deliver great, hot food to spec each and every time.
