Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Commis Chef to join our team in a busy pub kitchen. You’ll prep, learn and bring our menu to life, owning a section of the kitchen and delivering great, hot dishes to spec.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Know or be willing to learn about the kitchen areas and procedures.
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Help to support the kitchen team with the day to day running of the kitchen.
• Have a passion to deliver great, hot food to spec each and every time.

Responsibilities

• Prep, create and bring our pub menu to life.
• Learn new prepping skills and bring a meal to life for the first time.
• Own a section of the kitchen and support daily operations.
• Work with the kitchen team to run the area efficiently.
• Contribute to delivering consistent, hot dishes to spec.
