Marston’s is seeking a Commis Chef to join our pub kitchen team. You’ll prep, create and bring the menu to life, learning new skills and owning a section of the kitchen while contributing to a fast-paced service.

You’ll grow your career along our internal pathway, with a focus on delivering hot, to-spec dishes and supporting the kitchen team daily. A friendly, lively atmosphere and opportunities to advance are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or as a Kitchen Porter (KP).
• Willingness to learn about kitchen areas and procedures.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced team.
• Passion for delivering great hot food to spec.

Responsibilities

• Prep, create and bring the pub menu to life.
• Learn prepping skills and own a section of the kitchen.
• Support the kitchen team with day-to-day running and seamless service.
