You will rotate through main kitchen, deli, hospitality and prep areas to build culinary skills while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food across all kitchen sections
• Follow recipes, prep sheets, and portion controls in line with ISS standards
• Support service delivery ensuring food is produced to the required quality and on time
• Rotate through different kitchen areas to build skills
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food hygiene
• Follow all food safety, allergen, and HACCP procedures
