Job summary

Marston’s PLC is seeking a Commis Chef to join our pub kitchens and help prep and bring our menu to life. You’ll learn by doing, aiming to deliver meal portions to spec and to build confidence in a busy kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or as a KP.
• Willingness to learn about kitchen areas and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Commitment to delivering great, hot food to spec.

Responsibilities

• Prep, create and bring our pub menu to life.
• Learn new prepping skills and bring meals to life for the first time.
• Own a section of the kitchen and support the day-to-day running.
• Deliver great, hot food to spec every time.
