Marston’s is seeking a Commis Chef to join our pub kitchen team. You’ll prep, create and bring our pub menu to life, learning step by step while growing your career in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work with a supportive team, gain experience across kitchen sections, and have opportunities to progress toward Sous Chef through our internal pathway. Competitive benefits and flexible hours accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP
• Know or be willing to learn about kitchen areas and procedures
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment
• Help to support the kitchen team with day-to-day running of the kitchen
• Have a passion to deliver great, hot food to spec each and every time
